Boot Camp
If you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced athlete or just want to change your workout routine this class is for you. The Boot Camp class is designed as a 12-month program. Every month we will change training methods (Periodization/muscle confusion) however every session you will be challanged with difference exercises.

Boot Camp is held outdoors at the Brownsville Events Center. Training outdoors burns twice as many calories than you would indoors!
