Boot Camp

If you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced athlete or just want to change your workout routine this class is for you. The Boot Camp class is designed as a 12-month program. Every month we will change training methods (Periodization/muscle confusion) however every session you will be challanged with difference exercises.

JOIN ANYTIME Mon/ Wed. & Fri. - 5:30am-6:30am (Co-Ed) Mon/ Wed. & Fri. - 7pm-8pm (Co-Ed) Mon/ Wed. & Fri. - 8am-9am (Females Only) |
